negotiating, networking, telephone usage, responding to advertisements,penetrating the
unpublished job market, and a variety of other support and career development tools.
D. Once you have completed the initial counseling sessions,
we will be available to provide continuing telephone and email coaching and guidance throughout the duration
of your program. Our programs are designed to provide all the tools and support
necessary to help you achieve your career objectives as well as the support to ensure that
you are successful in your new position.

2. Hourly and project consulting
Hourly consulting help is available for the individual, who is not conducting a job search, but who
has special needs and faces specific business or career growth related problems.

hourly consulting fees are paid as advance retainers. The following charges will
- $250.00 per hour for either in-person or telephone consulting time - (comprehensive
advice and strategy sessions). Initial retainers are for $500.00 (2 hours of consulting
time.) After the initial retainer, time may be purchased in one hour increments.
- $35.00 for a detailed email response to
any one question regarding your career or $100.00 for 3 questions and detailed responses by email
- Discounted rates are applicable for projects exceeding 20 hours
All consulting projects will be described in our Consulting
Agreement and require the signature of both the client and a member of LDA staff.
Corporate Outplacement programs:
We offer both individual
and seminar outplacement programs that can be tailored to the specific needs of any
organization. Our marketing methods are unique, highly proactive, and can provide you a much more cost-efficient
alternative to the higher priced national outplacement firms. As opposed to major
outplacement firms that provide only several hours of counseling time with limited ongoing
support, we concentrate our efforts on spending all the time necessary to assist the individual
in achieving new employment. Over 50% of our clients are employed, creating a healthier environment
for the job seeker. We provide four outplacement options to the corporate community. Following

highly supportive marketing/counseling program to provide senior management
with up to one year of continuing support. This one-year support program is suggested
for leaders and executive management where more time is usually needed to deal

three-month spousal transplacement support program provided for the spouse of
a transferred employee. This program is designed to provide the client with basic
search tools and provide up to three-months of ongoing emotional and structural support.

- We offer both a one and two-day
seminar format with an option for ongoing support. Pricing is based upon the selection
of program options. Price quotes include the cost of all support materials. Travel expenses (if
necessary), cost of lodging and meals are billed as additional expenses. The cost
of the seminar facility would also be at the company's expense. Pricing varies based
upon the number of participants, and we can adapt a program to deal with specific needs

4. A marketing program for new college graduates:
This program is specifically designed to assist the new college or trade
school graduate in launching their professional career. It focuses on all the basic components
of implementing a successful job search campaign. The initial process begins with
two ½-day start up counseling sessions in our Minneapolis offices or by teleconference,
followed by three (3) months of ongoing telephone/email support, coaching, and guidance.

Program is $3,250.00

This 240-page workbook is a highly effective, no nonsense, self-marketing instrument
to facilitate and manage the entire job-search campaign. Contained in its pages are all the tools and information
necessary to help your terminated employee win and keep their next job. It
